How we work in practice
Orders are always confirmed by phone, between 10:00 and 16:00 on working days. It's not red tape. We do it because supplements often come with nuances: a specific flavour, current stock, sometimes the question of whether the product actually matches what you're looking for. Better to spend 2 minutes on the phone than to receive something that isn't right for you.
We ship with four couriers - Speedy, Econt, Box Now and Same Day - so you can choose what suits you best (to an address, to an office, or to a parcel locker). Payment - whichever works for you: cash on delivery, bank transfer, or card.
